About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Reltio MDM Technical Lead to lead the architecture, implementation, and governance of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Reltio platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Reltio MDM, cloud integrations, data governance, and technical leadership, with the ability to drive scalable, enterprise-grade master data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, implementation, and governance of the Reltio MDM platform.
• Configure and implement Reltio entities, relationships, hierarchies, match & merge rules, survivorship, workflows, RDM, and security models.
• Define MDM architecture standards, reusable design patterns, and best practices.
• Design and oversee integrations using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Functions, Event Hub, AWS SQS, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Drive data quality initiatives, stewardship processes, governance frameworks, and golden record management.
• Lead development teams, sprint planning, technical delivery, release management, and vendor coordination.
• Establish engineering governance including CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, testing standards, and deployment practices.
• Manage production support, incident management, performance optimization, monitoring, and platform stability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Minimum 3+ years in Reltio MDM architecture or technical leadership roles.

• Experience leading distributed technical teams and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP MDG and SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud governance.
