01About these terms

These Terms govern the use of The AI Matters, operated by THE AIMATTERS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we" or "us"). By registering, subscribing, submitting content or using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to act for it.

Specific written agreements with employers, recruiters or staffing partners may impose additional commercial conditions; where a signed agreement conflicts with general website terms, the signed agreement governs that subject to applicable law.

02Accounts, contact verification and access

Provide accurate and current account details. You are responsible for keeping access credentials secure, activity under your account and promptly reporting suspected misuse. First-time sign-in may create a user account. Registration as a staffing partner requires successful verification of the mobile number and email address entered into the registration form; OTP verification is not evidence of business accreditation or eligibility for client work.

Roles, quotas and permissions differ for individuals, partners, recruiters and internal staff. You must not access other organisations' data, impersonate an employer/candidate or evade restrictions. We may suspend or restrict access to prevent abuse or address violations, subject to applicable law and contractual rights.

03What the platform provides

The platform includes job discovery (private-sector and government-source listings), job applications, hiring and candidate-management tools, staffing-partner workflows, messaging, JobFit scoring, Ask AI and InterviewFit assessments. Features and eligibility may depend on your account type, plan and availability.

Government opportunity summaries are informational and are not an official government service or guarantee of eligibility. Check the original recruitment notification, dates, fees and application link on the recruiting authority's website. The AI Matters is not affiliated with or endorsed by the relevant government authority solely by listing its opportunity.

04Candidates, staffing partners and employers

By uploading or submitting a candidate's resume, personal details, assessment or job application, you confirm you are entitled to supply that information and have provided relevant notices and obtained any permissions legally required. Recruiters and staffing partners must use candidate data only for authorised recruitment activities, respect confidentiality and comply with applicable laws.

Employers and partners must ensure job information, hiring contacts and candidate claims are accurate; avoid discrimination and misleading opportunities; and honour their own contractual obligations. The platform facilitates hiring activity but does not automatically make the Company an employer of applicants or guarantee a hiring outcome.

05AI-assisted scores, interviews and content

AI matching, interview scoring, generated job descriptions, suggestions and chatbot outputs are informational decision support, not definitive suitability, eligibility or employment decisions. They can contain errors. Verify important facts and apply appropriate human review before acting on results. Do not submit material you lack the right to use or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You give the Company the limited right to host, process, display to authorised users and use that content to provide and improve the requested service, consistent with our Privacy Policy. The Company retains rights to its platform design, code, branding and underlying technology.

06Plans, charges and subscriptions

Current prices, available plans, limits and billing choices are shown on the Pricing page or agreed separately with the Company. Free plans may be subject to usage limits. Paid features may be offered as a one-time purchase or recurring subscription where shown; the chosen checkout option determines whether a renewal mandate is created.

Razorpay or other authorised providers process payments. Applicable taxes, billing cycle, quotas and renewal terms should be reviewed before confirmation. A successful payment reference does not override eligibility or fraud checks; disputes, cancellation and refunds are addressed under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

07Messages, third-party links and conduct

Use messaging, referrals, outreach, interviews and candidate submissions professionally. Do not spam, scrape unauthorised personal information, send fraudulent listings, bypass security controls, upload malicious files or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may investigate misuse, restrict features or remove unlawful content where appropriate.

External employer websites, official government portals and payment/identity/AI providers operate under their own rules. We do not control their availability, accuracy or terms.

08Service availability, liability and disputes

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise that every listing will remain available, scores will be error-free, or applications will result in interviews or offers. Service interruptions and changes may occur. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not responsible for independently supplied job information, actions of other users or lost opportunities arising from reliance on unverified AI outputs. Concerns should first be raised at support@theaimatters.com so we can attempt resolution. Indian law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer, employment or data-protection protections.

09Changes, support and contact

We may update these Terms as features and laws evolve. The effective date above records the current version. Where the law requires notice or renewed agreement for material changes, we will take appropriate steps.
