• Experience troubleshooting and testing Omni-Channel functionality
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of Einstein features and related Salesforce capabilities
• Experience working with Knowledge Articles
• Understanding of key Salesforce objects and their relationships for testing purposes

Testing & Automation Requirements

• Hands-on experience in QA testing within Salesforce environments
• Strong Test Automation experience (preferred)
• Experience creating and executing test cases, regression testing, and defect management
• Exposure to testing Salesforce customisations, workflows, and integrations

Integration Experience

• Experience testing third-party integrations with Salesforce
• Understanding of API/integration testing concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain Salesforce testing scenarios and troubleshooting approaches

Common Gaps Observed in Rejected Profiles

• Limited understanding of Salesforce functionality and testing capabilities
• No automation testing experience
• No Salesforce certifications
• Unable to demonstrate knowledge of Flow Automation, Lead Conversion, or Omni-Channel
• No experience with Experience Cloud, Einstein, Knowledge Articles, or third-party integrations
