About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Customization & Configuration Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in designing, configuring, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, integrations, and Agile-based solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, business process flows, and security roles.
• Develop Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps and automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Build Dataverse-based business solutions.
• Design and support integrations using REST APIs, Azure services, and Power Platform connectors.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Perform deployments, testing, troubleshooting, production support, and data migration.
• Ensure high-quality solution delivery through documentation, code reviews, CI/CD, and release management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, C, .NET Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and PCF Controls.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and Azure Integration Services.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Copilot for Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Certifications preferred.
