About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Developer with expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Governance, and Tenant-to-Tenant Migration. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions while ensuring secure configurations and seamless migration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute Exchange Online migration strategies (Cutover, Staged, Hybrid).
• Perform Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations.
• Configure and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Implement Microsoft 365 governance, compliance, and security policies.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Configure Azure AD / Entra ID for identity and access management.
• Troubleshoot migration and Microsoft 365 service issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Maintain security, compliance, and governance best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
• Strong hands-on experience in Exchange Online Migration, Tenant-to-Tenant Migration, Microsoft 365 Governance, PowerShell Scripting, Azure AD/Entra ID, Security & Compliance, DLP, Conditional Access, and Retention Policies.
• Experience with hybrid Microsoft environments.
• Knowledge of migration tools such as Quest, BitTitan, or native Microsoft migration tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
