Role: Salesforce Lead with Insurance and FCS Experience (Financial Services Cloud) 5+ years

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Shift: 1st shift

Note: Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Insurance Domain experience and Finance are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce FSC solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions and lead technical development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with 5+ years as a Salesforce Lead/Technical Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Must have Insurance domain experience (Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Agent/Broker workflows).
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Integrations.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, Jira, and DevOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
