Key Responsibilities

• At least one or two, end-end implementation experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Demand Management
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Resource Management
• Timecards
• Agile Development 2.0 (CWM & EAP)

Required Skills

• 5+ years’ experience working in Service Now preferably
• 5 years’ experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML
• Familiar with SAML authentication and integration with ServiceNow
• Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST, API’s)
• Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
• Experience in implementing and maintaining Discovery and CMDB
• Familiar with UI/UX concepts
