Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) Consultant with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP MDG solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, master data governance processes, and integration with key SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP MDG implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support projects.
• Design, configure, and enhance SAP MDG solutions for Material, Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, and Financial master data domains.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP MDG functional and technical solutions.
• Configure data models, workflows, change request types, business rules, validations, derivations, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM, SD, FI, PP, EWM, and technical teams to ensure seamless master data integration.
• Work with Data Replication Framework (DRF), BRF+, SAP Fiori applications, and workflow configuration.
• Support data migration, data quality initiatives, and master data harmonization using SAP MDG best practices.
• Coordinate testing activities, defect resolution, user training, and production deployment.
• Provide production support, performance optimization, and continuous process improvements.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution architecture, documentation, and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on SAP MDG implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP MDG for Material, Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, and Financial master data.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, BRF+, DRF, workflow configuration, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of SAP Master Data integration with MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Experience in data migration, data quality, duplicate management, and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with ABAP debugging, enhancement frameworks, BAdIs, and SAP integration technologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments is preferred.
