Overview

We are looking for a Sage Prime ERP Support Consultant with hands-on experience in the Costing Module to provide ongoing support for a USA-based manufacturing and trading client. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Sage Prime ERP, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work directly with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support for Sage Prime ERP.
• Manage and support the Costing Module, including setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Implement changes and updates to the costing module based on evolving business requirements.
• Coordinate directly with the client's business and IT teams to understand issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure costing-related data, configurations, and processes remain accurate and up to date.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Document support activities, configurations, and process changes.
• Deliver high-quality client support while adhering to agreed service levels.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Sage Prime ERP Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Sage Prime ERP Costing Module.
• Experience supporting ERP applications in a manufacturing and/or trading environment.
• Good understanding of costing processes, product costing, inventory costing, and related ERP workflows.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote support environment.
• Willingness to work during USA business hours.

Preferred Skills

• Experience interacting directly with international clients.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation, customization, or functional support.
• Understanding of manufacturing and trading business processes.
