Overview

We are hiring an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft Contributor Relations Consultant with expertise in the Contributor Relations module within Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting fundraising, donor management, alumni engagement, and contributor-related business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support the Contributor Relations module.
• Manage donor records, gift processing, fundraising campaigns, and alumni engagement processes.
• Develop enhancements using PeopleCode, Application Engine, PeopleTools, and SQR.
• Support integrations with external systems using Integration Broker and Web Services.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Perform system testing, deployments, and documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and optimize Contributor Relations processes.
• Participate in system upgrades and continuous improvements.

Required Skills

• 5–6 years of experience with Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Strong expertise in the Contributor Relations module.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, and SQL.
• Experience with Integration Broker and Oracle Database.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fundraising and donor management processes.
• Knowledge of Higher Education and Campus Solutions.
• Exposure to PeopleSoft Fluid UI.
