Overview

Seeking an experienced Data Scientist/AI Engineer to design and deliver Generative AI solutions, build reusable AI components, develop RAG pipelines, and collaborate with AI leads, data engineers, and client teams to implement enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance Generative AI solutions.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Build embedding, retrieval, and prompt orchestration components.
• Implement document processing, information extraction, summarization, and content generation.
• Create evaluation frameworks, validation datasets, quality scoring, and human-in-the-loop review processes.
• Build reusable AI and data components.
• Develop standardized ingestion, retrieval, and evaluation approaches.
• Collaborate with AI leads, data engineers, and delivery teams.
• Support documentation, knowledge transfer, governance, and security standards.

Required Skills

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist and/or AI Engineer.
• Strong Databricks experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
• LLM-based applications
• RAG pipelines
• Information extraction pipelines
• Prompt engineering and orchestration
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data.
• ML/AI evaluation, monitoring, and optimization.
• Experience working in distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• CI/CD and production deployment for AI applications.
• Monitoring, logging, and quality controls for Generative AI systems.

• Experience: 5+ to 8+ Years
• Work Timings: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Location: Remote (Contract Role)
