Strong experience managing Generative AI, AI/ML, Data, and Digital Transformation projects in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Automation, and conversational AI solutions.
• Good understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, model deployment, vector databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and data workflows.
• Experience with technologies/platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Semantic Search, Copilot, Microsoft Agent Framework, or similar ecosystems.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, security, compliance, and Responsible AI governance practices.
• Exposure to LLM-powered use cases, Prompt Engineering, AI governance, Copilot/Conversational AI, Power BI/Tableau, ETL/ELT, and SQL fundamentals.
• Experience working in end-to-end project lifecycle including scope, planning, estimation, schedule, milestones, budgeting, governance (WSR/MSR/QBR), KPI, RAID, risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests.
• Drive Agile-Scrum / Hybrid delivery models, manage cross-functional teams, and independently handle client engagements.
• Manage client, delivery, architecture, and business stakeholders independently for teams of 10–15 members.
• Experience in client communication, solution workshops, pre-sales support, and reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and delivery ownership skills.
