Key Responsibilities

• Strong expertise required in either AWS Bedrock or Azure AI Foundry, with working exposure to the other
• Preference for candidates with AWS Bedrock experience
• Focus on advanced AI system capabilities
• Experience in multi-agent systems
• Exposure to large-scale orchestration setups (e.g., ~35 agents) preferred
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Fine-tuning
  • RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback)
  • Model distillation
• Knowledge of DevSecOps integrated with AI systems
• Architecture expertise is not mandatory; however, candidates should have understanding of:
  • Policies
  • Standards

Shift: 11 AM to 8 PM (US overlap so may start from 12 PM to 9 PM / 10 PM)
