Java Full Stack Architect
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Architect to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern Full Stack technologies, along with proven experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, client engagement, and end-to-end project delivery.
The role requires hands-on architectural expertise, the ability to mentor development teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and build scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Lead and mentor Full Stack development teams, providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Own end-to-end solution architecture and ensure successful project delivery.
- Review architecture, technical designs, and code to maintain engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture workshops, and client presentations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by identifying risks, providing timely updates, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, QA teams, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, DevOps automation, cloud-native development, and CI/CD.
- Lead production issue debugging, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Establish monitoring, observability, and SRE practices for Java Full Stack applications.

- Strong understanding of design patterns, performance optimization, and secure application architecture.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Experience handling production support, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Strong client-facing experience with stakeholder management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with end-to-end ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing cloud-native enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of scalability, resiliency, and high-availability architecture.
- Experience implementing DevOps and SRE best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
