  • Service Portal & UI Builder (Next Experience)
  • HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap
  • GlideAjax, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
  • Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer
  • REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Integration Hub
  • GlideRecord & ServiceNow Integrations
  • Agile/Scrum, Git, CI/CD (Preferred)
