Role: Data Science and Machine Learning Senior Specialist

Client: Ford India

Location: Chennai (Hybrid – 4 Days Work From Office)

Employment Type: Contract

Experience: 7–10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days only.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of AI/ML projects from development to deployment.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Design, develop, validate, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models.
• Build predictive, prescriptive, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Perform data mining, feature engineering, statistical analysis, and model validation.
• Develop scalable ML pipelines, data preprocessing, and data augmentation techniques.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable business insights.
• Continuously research and implement the latest AI/ML technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Statistics, and Machine Learning.
• Experience building and deploying productiongrade ML solutions.
• Strong knowledge of predictive modeling, data mining, and statistical techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP).
• Exposure to LLMs and Generative AI is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
