Location: Bangalore- Mahadevpura (Work from Office 5 days)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enforce architectural standards, integration patterns, and data contracts across all three tracks
• Lead weekly steering calls with product owner and technical point of contact
• Identify and resolve cross-track dependencies and shared infrastructure decisions — ServiceNow client library, PostgreSQL schema, scheduler design
• Review and approve all LangGraph agent designs, API integration approaches, and data models before development begins
• Manage technical risk, escalate blockers, and own the change request process
• Conduct code and architecture reviews at each monthly milestone gate
• Produce monthly milestone completion notes and handover documentation
• Ensure all three tracks adhere to security, compliance, and access control requirements
• Mentor and coordinate the delivery team across backend, LLM, frontend, and data engineering disciplines

Required Skills

• 8+ years in enterprise software engineering with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role
• Hands-on experience designing agentic AI systems using LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent orchestration frameworks
• Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services: Resource Graph, Azure Monitor, Azure Advisor, Azure Container Apps or AKS
• Experience integrating with ServiceNow REST APIs in an enterprise context
• Strong Python backend development skills — FastAPI, async patterns, PostgreSQL
• Experience delivering engagements with large enterprise clients in a consulting or managed services model
• Ability to communicate complex technical architecture to non-technical stakeholders clearly and confidently

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Datadog, Nagios, or Solarwinds in an enterprise monitoring context
• Familiarity with DevBrewry or similar FinOps platforms
• Experience with Backstage.io internal developer portals
• Knowledge of ITIL or ITSM frameworks
