Platform Engineer (Puppet & DDI)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to drive the modernization of our Puppet ecosystem, develop Python-based automation, and architect enterprise DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) solutions.

Experience: 5–10+ Years

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Puppet 5 to Puppet 7 migration experience (Critical)
  • Python automation & REST APIs
  • Linux administration (RHEL/Ubuntu)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible)
  • DDI core network services (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)

Preferred Skills

  • Containers: Kubernetes, Docker
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD
  • Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
  • Methodology: SRE practices & Hybrid Cloud environments
