Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable enterprise platform infrastructure
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and delivery
• Drive architectural standards, governance and technical debt reduction
• Design high-volume integrations with SAP, Workday, Azure AD and other enterprise systems
• Build automated infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure platform security, scalability, performance and reliability
• Collaborate with architects, developers and infrastructure teams
