Overview

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer with strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, and Riverpod to develop and optimize high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, production app experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Flutter applications using Riverpod.
• Implement Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Optimize app performance, rendering, startup time, memory, and app size.
• Work with Firebase Crashlytics, Analytics, and Performance Monitoring.
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, third-party SDKs, and real-time data.
• Handle native Android/iOS integrations using Kotlin/Java or Swift.
• Write Unit, Widget, and Integration tests.
• Work with CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Codemagic.
• Debug production issues and ensure application stability.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA, and product teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software/mobile development experience.
• Strong hands-on Flutter & Dart expertise.
• 2+ years of Riverpod experience.
• Experience with 2+ published Play Store/App Store applications.
• Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID, and Design Patterns.
• Strong understanding of Flutter rendering, state management, animations, Futures, Streams, isolates, and background tasks.
• Experience with Firebase Crashlytics, Analytics & Performance.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and real-time synchronization.
• Native Android/iOS development experience.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
