Position: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex banking requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement solutions for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance, account-based statements, and digital banking initiatives.
• Drive integrations between Salesforce, mobile banking applications, and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure adherence to technical governance, security standards, and documentation practices.
• Review solution designs, perform code reviews, and support deployment activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Deep understanding of Banking & Financial Services domain.
• Strong knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and compliance processes.
• Experience designing solutions for digital banking platforms and mobile application integrations.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong governance, documentation, and solution architecture experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience is mandatory.
• Salesforce Platform Developer and Application/System Architect certifications are preferred.
• Immediate Joiners or candidates serving a short notice period.
