Note - Please note that the shift timing for this role is from Night Shift (5pm IST to 2:30am IST)

Key Responsibilities

• 5–8 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST API, and Microservices development/enhancement
• Hands-on experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Strong expertise in log analysis, application monitoring, performance tuning, and resolving critical issues
• Experience supporting applications deployed on AWS cloud, with working knowledge of Docker containers
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide L2/L3 support, implement fixes/enhancements
