Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Architect & Engineering Lead who can drive architecture, engineering delivery, infrastructure decisions, and technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong Backend Architecture & Distributed Systems experience
• Node.js, TypeScript & NestJS — Java backgrounds with equivalent depth also welcome
• Strong PostgreSQL – data modeling & performance tuning
• Kafka / event-streaming platforms
• TimescaleDB, PostGIS & GIS/Geospatial technologies
• SCADA, OPC UA, MQTT, Industrial IoT / telemetry integrations
• Docker, Kubernetes/K3s, Prometheus & Grafana
• High availability, fault tolerance, failover, scalability & capacity planning
• Experience leading engineering teams while remaining hands-on with development

Preferred Skills

• GeoServer / MapLibre
• Keycloak / Kong / API Gateways
• Mobile architecture (Flutter)
• Analytics / ML-driven systems
• Mission-critical platforms

Qualifications

• Experience: 8–12+ Years
• Location: Remote
