Overview

We are expanding our high-performing team and looking for Senior ServiceNow Developers with 6 to 10 years of hands-on platform experience.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Hands-on coding, building, and deploying robust solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
• Integration Engineering: Design and maintain complex integrations, ensuring scalability as our heavily integrated ecosystem continues to grow.
• User Experience Delivery: Build advanced, user-centric interfaces utilizing Service Portal and Workspace.
• Multitasking & Initiative: Manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously, acting as a proactive self-starter.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, leveraging strong communication, high EQ, and business acumen.

Required Skills

• Experience: 6–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and coding.
• Platform Mastery: In-depth technical familiarity with workflows, data models, APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and system integrations.
• Security Operations (SecOps) Expertise (Mandatory):
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps).
• Experience with Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence, and integrations with security tools.
• Strong knowledge of security workflows, automation, orchestration, and third-party integrations.
• Ability to develop scalable security solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• CSA, CAD and CIS-Security Operations certification is Mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Significant background or experience in the Finance sector.
• Exposure to modern technologies such as AI Ops and Agentic AI.
