Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next & Data Cloud Consultant on a contract basis. Please find the detailed job description below and share relevant profiles accordingly. Interview is at 3:30 pm IST today, 14th August 2026.

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Remote – India

Engagement: Contract

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM IST (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next.
• Implement and configure Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
• Conduct client discovery sessions and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Configure, customize, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation/BRDs and solution designs where required.
• Troubleshoot implementation and integration issues.
• Work directly with Australian stakeholders and provide technical/functional guidance.
• Collaborate on integrations with Salesforce CRM, APIs, external data sources, or middleware as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong hands-on Marketing Cloud Next experience.
• Hands-on Data Cloud implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer data, segmentation, and personalization.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and client-facing/discovery skills.
• Ability to work independently as a hands-on individual contributor.

Preferred Skills

• Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud certifications.
• Marketing Cloud Engagement experience with transition to Marketing Cloud Next.
• API/integration or MuleSoft experience.
• Experience working with international clients.
