Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, SQL, data modeling, and dashboard performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and BI solutions.
• Connect Tableau with multiple data sources including SQL databases, Excel, and cloud platforms.
• Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, LOD expressions, and interactive visualizations.
• Develop and maintain Tableau data sources, extracts, and dashboards.
• Publish and manage dashboards on Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Optimize dashboard performance, queries, extracts, and data sources.
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Follow data visualization and dashboard design best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Tableau development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Ability to create interactive and user-friendly dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
