Overview
Experience: 5 years
Location: Mumbai Onsite
Effort: 768 hrs | Duration: 6 months | Hrs/week: 32 hrs | Start: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Platform
- Required to travel to client office in Mumbai for four days a week (Location will be any of these - Chandiwali, Malad, BKC)
- Key focus areas: CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, HAM, and SAM
