Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 6+ years of relevant experience to understand business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and other technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear Salesforce functional requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, QA, and project teams.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Analyze existing Salesforce processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.
• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions.
• Support UAT, including test scenarios, defect analysis, and business validation.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business processes and objectives.
• Manage requirement changes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong Salesforce experience.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and CRM processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BRD/FRD, Process Flows, and UAT.
• Understanding of Salesforce configuration and standard functionality.
• Good understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst certification.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
• Exposure to data migration and third-party integrations.

Candidate Preference

• Candidates with strong hands-on Salesforce BA experience will be preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners are highly preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in IST timings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
