Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead with strong expertise in React (Web) and Kotlin/KMF (Mobile). The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a development team while contributing to architecture, development, code reviews, and technical decision-making across web, mobile, and backend platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers across web, mobile, and backend development.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using React for web and Kotlin/KMF for mobile.
• Participate in technical architecture and solution design.
• Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive their resolution.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to backend development and provide technical oversight across backend services.
• Conduct code reviews, including PHP code reviews, when required.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js / React for Web.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and KMF for Mobile development.
• Experience in Full Stack application development.
• Strong expertise in at least one backend technology:
  • Java
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • Laravel
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices.
• Previous experience in a Team Lead / Technical Lead role or demonstrated technical leadership experience.

Preferred Skills

• PHP knowledge is highly desirable, particularly for performing code reviews and providing technical guidance.
• Familiarity with PHP-based applications and frameworks.
• Experience working across multiple technology stacks.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern development practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who is particularly strong in React and Kotlin/KMF, with solid backend development experience and sufficient PHP knowledge to effectively review and guide PHP-based code. The candidate should be comfortable leading a team while remaining actively involved in technical implementation and decision-making.
