Job Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Azure DevOps with strong expertise in Azure Cloud, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud operations. The candidate will own end-to-end delivery of DevOps solutions, including design, implementation, automation, troubleshooting, and operational support. Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and effective communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using YAML.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep and ARM templates.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting technologies.
• Provision, manage, and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, networking, and application issues.
• Monitor environments and ensure availability, performance, security, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Mentor team members and promote DevOps best practices.
• Leverage AI tools to improve engineering productivity, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services and YAML pipelines.
• Expertise in Bicep, ARM Templates, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, administration, and cloud governance.
• Experience with Azure networking, including VNets, NSGs, routing, Application Gateway, and Hub-Spoke architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Git-based source control and release management.
• Working knowledge of .NET, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with cloud security, monitoring, and operational best practices.
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, or OpenAI services.

AI & Modern Engineering Skills

• Experience using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI tools.
• Ability to create effective prompts and validate AI-generated outputs.
• Understanding of responsible and ethical AI usage.
• Experience converting requirements into structured specifications and automation workflows.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development, testing, and DevOps automation.
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills in human + AI working environments.
