Overview

We are looking for a business-facing Business Process Analyst with strong hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) to support process discovery, analysis, and transformation initiatives for a manufacturing/engineering organization.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand business processes, navigate SAP B1, identify relevant data/modules/reports, and translate business requirements into actionable functional and data requirements for SAP and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state processes and define future-state processes.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and business workshops to gather and validate requirements.
• Challenge assumptions, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Use SAP B1 knowledge to identify relevant: Modules, Fields, Data structures, Standard reports.
• Analyze business processes including: Manufacturing, Product costing, Labor efficiency, Procurement, Inventory, 3-way matching, Reporting.
• Translate business requirements into functional and data requirements for SAP, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams.
• Support ERP data migration, integration, and transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive requirements through resolution.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of Business Process Analysis / Business Analysis experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP Business One (SAP B1) experience.
• Manufacturing / Engineering domain experience.
• Strong process analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Understanding of SAP B1: Data structures, Fields, Modules, Standard reports.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to drive discussions, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and identify process improvements.
• Strong business-process orientation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Boomi, Databricks, or similar integration/data platforms.
• SAP B1 data migration/integration experience.
• Spanish language skills.
