Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, machine learning, deep learning, Generative AI, and LLM-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions for business use cases.
• Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications using modern frameworks and APIs.
• Work with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and AI services using Python.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model validation, and performance optimization.
• Deploy ML/AI models into production and support MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs.
• Knowledge of RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Good understanding of SQL and data processing.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of Docker, Git, CI/CD, and MLOps is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI or other LLM platforms.
• Experience building AI agents and enterprise GenAI applications.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Experience deploying AI applications in production environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
