Hiring – Java Developer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our engineering team and build scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Work extensively with Java 8/11/17+ and Spring Boot.
  • Implement clean, efficient, and reusable code.
  • Integrate applications with databases and external services.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
  • Write unit and integration tests.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
  • Contribute to application performance, scalability, and security improvements.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Core Java.
  • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
  • Experience developing REST APIs / Microservices.
  • Good understanding of OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and Java fundamentals.
  • Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of Hibernate / JPA.
  • Experience with Git and build tools such as Maven/Gradle.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong focus on code quality and delivery.
  • Candidates with immediate or short notice availability will be preferred.
