Overview

We are looking for Solution Architect with 8–15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Insurance, Membership, and Payment domain. Strong expertise in designing enterprise solutions, microservices, API integrations, cloud platforms, and modern architecture patterns is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Define application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure architecture for enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define integration patterns, API strategies, and microservices architecture.
• Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams during implementation and deployment.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, availability, and disaster recovery planning.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.
• Participate in architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using modern architectural principles.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and API Gateways.
• 3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
• Strong understanding of application security, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and following Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML platforms, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, or Analytics solutions.
• Experience with Azure Services, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar enterprise platforms.
• TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
