Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Lead with 5+ years of experience in software testing and strong expertise in Salesforce automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building or working with automation frameworks using Playwright/Selenium and API automation, as well as the ability to lead QA activities and guide automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across functional, regression, integration, and automation testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce automation frameworks.
• Develop and execute UI automation scripts using Playwright and/or Selenium.
• Perform API automation and testing for REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create and maintain reusable automation components, test scripts, and frameworks.
• Analyze requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Work closely with developers, Salesforce teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Define automation strategies and identify opportunities to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
• Review automation code and ensure adherence to coding and testing best practices.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers and support the team in automation initiatives.
• Monitor test execution, analyze failures, and provide detailed QA reports.
• Participate in release planning, defect triage, and quality reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software QA/Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and Salesforce automation frameworks.
• Strong experience with Playwright and/or Selenium.
• Hands-on experience in API automation and API testing.
• Good understanding of automation framework design and development.
• Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of Web UI, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience working with Git/version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect management, and QA processes.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
