Enterprise Software Engineer/ Senior AI Engineer

Overview

Required Experience

• 7-12+ years of progressive AI/ML engineering experience building and operating production systems at scale.
• Demonstrated depth in Amazon Bedrock: agents, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails, model fine-tuning, and model distillation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Foundry or Azure OpenAI Service: model deployment, agent service, fine-tuning, and evaluation pipelines.
• Advanced Python proficiency across the AI/ML ecosystem: PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and AWS/Azure SDKs (boto3, azure-ai-foundry).
• Proven track record architecting multi-agent, RAG, and agentic AI systems in production environments serving enterprise-scale traffic.
• Strong experience with IaC tooling: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Azure Bicep, or Terraform for ML infrastructure automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Nova 2 model family (Lite, Pro, Sonic, Omni) and Amazon Nova Act browser-automation agents.
• Experience building agents with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore including Policy enforcement, episodic Memory, and AgentCore Gateway integrations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Agent Framework (Semantic Kernel + AutoGen) for building stateful, durable multi-agent enterprise workflows.
• Experience with Amazon S3 Vectors for large-scale vector storage and retrieval; familiarity with competing solutions (Pinecone, pgvector, Azure AI Search).
• Knowledge of Amazon Trainium3 / EC2 Trn3 architecture for cost-optimized large model training at scale.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry Model Router, Foundry Local, and Phi-4 small language models for edge and low-latency use cases.
• Published research, conference presentations, or notable open-source contributions in AI/ML or cloud AI.

• Hybrid (Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Noida)
• (Hybrid - Candidate has to work 2/3 days from office in a week)
