Overview

We are looking for a D365 SCM Functional Consultant with strong product knowledge and hands-on experience in implementation, enhancement, production support, and ticket management.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into D365 SCM functional solutions.
• Configure and support D365 SCM modules and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Handle L2/L3 support tickets, analyze issues, prioritize incidents, and provide timely resolution.
• Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and document solutions for recurring issues.
• Manage tickets through the support lifecycle, including investigation, resolution, user communication, and closure.
• Participate in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend standard D365 functionality.
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, process documentation, and user guides.
• Work with technical teams on customizations, integrations, reports, and data migration.
• Conduct user training, requirement workshops, demos, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Support D365 upgrades, releases, and continuous process improvements.
