Overview

The role involves designing and building enterprise-grade AI automation platforms for Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with strong expertise in Python backend development, workflow orchestration, AI agent frameworks, cloud-native architecture and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Python backend development – Expert
• FastAPI / Flask / Django
• REST APIs, WebSockets, asynchronous programming
• Microservices architecture
• Temporal or equivalent workflow orchestration
• Event-driven architecture and distributed processing
• Long-running workflow and state management
• AI Agents – CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, etc.
• LLM integration – Amazon Bedrock / OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
• Prompt Engineering, Guardrails and RAG
• Vector DBs – ChromaDB, Pinecone, pgvector
• MCP and AI Skills/Tooling
• C/.NET integration
• OAuth2, JWT, SSO, RBAC/ABAC and API Security
• AWS preferred / Azure
• Docker, Git and CI/CD
• AI Ops, monitoring, logging, observability and model monitoring
• SQL Server / PostgreSQL / Redshift
• Redis, NoSQL and Vector Databases
• Production deployment and support
• Healthcare/RCM workflows including claims, enrollment, eligibility, payer/provider integrations and document automation.

Required Skills
