Mode: Remote
Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST
Key Responsibilities
- 5–8 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST API and Microservices development/enhancement/fixes and support.
- Hands-on experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Strong expertise in log analysis, application monitoring, performance tuning and resolving critical production issues within SLA timelines.
- Experience supporting applications deployed on AWS Cloud.
- Working knowledge of Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- L2/L3 support, fixes/enhancements and ensuring high application availability and reliability.
