About the Role: We are looking for 2 Senior Full-Stack Engineers to join the Account Security team at Workiva. The engineers will work on BYOK/HYOK initiatives while also supporting the legacy Dart Files experience. The role requires strong hands-on development experience across both frontend and backend technologies, with a primary focus on TypeScript/React and Java/Spring.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance frontend and backend features for the Account Security team.
• Build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive and scalable frontend applications using TypeScript and React.
• Design and consume REST APIs.
• Work with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Participate in code reviews, QA, and engineering best practices.
• Support the existing Dart Files repository and contribute to its migration toward TypeScript.
• Contribute to BYOK/HYOK implementation and completion.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide support during US Central Time business hours.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Engineering.
• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• Strong frontend development experience with React.
• Strong backend development experience with Java.
• Experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Experience developing REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture.
• Good knowledge of Git and version control.
• Ability to work during US Central Time business hours.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Go.
• Experience with Dart.
• Knowledge of IAM and permissions systems.
• Understanding of BYOK/HYOK concepts.
• Experience working with legacy codebases and migration projects.
• Experience in security-focused applications or platforms.
