Key Responsibilities

• 8+ years of enterprise application or Workday-related experience, with meaningful hands-on Workday Extend development experience.
• Proven experience building and deploying custom native applications using Workday Extend.
• Hands-on ability to work with WQL and JSON.
• Good understanding of Workday functional processes across multiple HR areas, excluding Benefits.
• Working knowledge of Workday security, business processes, data models, APIs and application life-cycle activities.
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly with stakeholders and take ownership from initiation through closure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, testing and documentation skills.

• Background in Workday Studio, integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors or Workday web services.
• Workday Extend certification or relevant Workday certifications.
• Experience delivering applications for large or complex Workday environments and coordinating across functional teams.
