Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Architect with Agentic AI and Quality Engineering expertise to define and drive testing strategy, automation architecture, and AI-enabled testing solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate combines strong test architecture experience with hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-assisted test automation, and modern Quality Engineering practices. A strategic yet hands-on architect who can define the future-state testing model and demonstrate how Agentic AI can transform quality engineering, automation, and testing productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Define overall test strategy, automation architecture, and quality engineering roadmap.
• Design solutions leveraging Agentic AI/GenAI for test case generation, test automation, test data, regression optimization, and defect analysis.
• Architect scalable UI, API, integration, data, regression, and end-to-end automation frameworks.
• Establish automation standards, reusable components, quality metrics, and governance.
• Define testing approaches for AI/LLM/Agentic applications, including accuracy, reliability, hallucination, guardrails, and performance.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Evaluate and recommend AI-powered testing tools and frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Test Leads, SDETs, and QA teams.
• Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and business teams to drive quality across the SDLC.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering / Test Automation.
• 3+ years in Test Architecture or senior QA technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted testing.
• Strong experience designing enterprise automation frameworks.
• Experience with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, or equivalent.
• Strong programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD, Agile, DevOps, and modern application architectures.
• Strong communication, analytical, and architectural skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Financial Services / Banking / Capital Markets experience.
• Experience testing GenAI, LLM, RAG, chatbot, or Agentic AI applications.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, prompt testing, guardrails, and AI response validation.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with performance and security testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
