Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with Agentic AI and Quality Engineering experience to lead testing and automation initiatives across enterprise applications.

The role will translate test strategy into execution, lead QA/SDET teams, and drive adoption of AI-assisted and Agentic AI capabilities throughout the testing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional, integration, API, regression, and automation testing.
• Develop test plans, scenarios, automation plans, and execution schedules.
• Lead and mentor QA/SDET teams across testing workstreams.
• Apply GenAI and Agentic AI for test case generation, test automation, test data, defect analysis, and regression optimization.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using modern frameworks.
• Coordinate defect management, test execution, and quality reporting.
• Track testing risks, dependencies, blockers, coverage, and quality metrics.
• Support CI/CD and continuous testing practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA / Quality Engineering.
• 2+ years in a Test Lead / QA Lead role.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted testing.
• Strong experience with functional and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, Postman, or equivalent.
• Programming/scripting experience in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
• Experience leading QA/automation teams in Agile environments.
• Strong communication, defect management, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Financial Services / Banking / Capital Markets experience.
• Experience testing GenAI, LLM, RAG, chatbot, or Agentic AI applications.
• Experience with AI/LLM evaluation, prompt testing, guardrails, and response validation.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with performance testing and CI/CD automation.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• A hands-on Test Lead who can combine strong QA leadership with practical Agentic AI expertise to improve automation, testing productivity, coverage, and overall software quality.
