Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing scalable end-to-end applications, working across both frontend and backend layers, and deploying and supporting applications in AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js.
• Develop robust backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance application architectures.
• Deploy and manage applications and services on AWS.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and production issues.
• Perform code reviews and follow established coding and development standards.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical discussions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Frontend

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js
• JavaScript / ES6+
• HTML5 and CSS3
• React Hooks and component-based architecture

• State management concepts

Backend

• Strong experience with Java
• Spring Boot
• Spring Framework
• RESTful API development
• Microservices architecture
• Exception handling, logging, and security concepts

Hands-on experience with AWS services such as:

• EC2
• S3
• Lambda
• RDS
• CloudWatch
• IAM
• API Gateway
• ECS/EKS or other container-based AWS services is an advantage

CI/CD & DevOps

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / AWS CodePipeline or similar
• Git
• Docker
• Automated build and deployment processes
• Basic understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation

Additional Skills

• SQL and relational databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL
• NoSQL databases is a plus

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience across both React and Java/Spring Boot.
• Proven experience developing and deploying applications on AWS.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Ability to independently handle frontend, backend, and deployment-related tasks.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications is preferred.
