Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle Hyperion On-Premises solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications across multiple modules. This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise to work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable EPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Work across Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), Narrative Reporting, Tax Reporting, and Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS).
• Support and maintain Oracle Hyperion On-Premise applications including Hyperion Planning, HFM, Essbase, FDMEE, and Financial Reporting.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Develop business rules, calculation scripts, metadata management, data integrations, Smart View reports, and automation solutions.
• Perform application administration, security management, migrations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Design and maintain integrations with Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud applications, and third-party systems.
• Participate in upgrades, patching, testing, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with finance users, business analysts, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide user support and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Oracle EPM implementation and support experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Strong experience with Oracle Hyperion On-Premise.
• Experience across multiple Oracle EPM modules such as:
• Planning
• FCCS
• ARCS
• EDMCS
• Narrative Reporting
• PCMCS
• Tax Reporting
• Experience with Hyperion Planning, HFM, Essbase, FDMEE, Financial Reporting, and Smart View.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with data integrations.
• Experience with business rules, calculation scripts, metadata management, and security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle Fusion applications.
• Experience leading EPM implementations or upgrades.
• Knowledge of Groovy scripting, EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Data Management.
