Overview

This position involves supporting and troubleshooting Oracle WMS, Inventory, Shipping, and Purchasing-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot Oracle WMS, Inventory, Shipping, and Purchasing-related issues.
• Resolve transaction, inventory, LPN, shipping, ASN, and warehouse process issues.
• Design and implement WMS enhancements and process optimization initiatives.
• Develop and execute SQL queries/scripts for analysis and data fixes.
• Support integrations with carriers, warehouse automation, and third-party systems.
• Perform RCA, testing, release validation, and deployment support.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle WMS and Oracle EBS.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Shipping Execution (WSH), and Order Management (OM).
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations including Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Inventory Control.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis/troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting integrations with FedEx, UPS, Lightning Pick, 3PLs, and related warehouse systems.
• Experience with incident management, RCA, testing, and production support.

Mandatory Requirement

Candidate must have strong Oracle ERP/EBS business process understanding in addition to WMS expertise. The resource should be able to understand and support end-to-end business Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory, Shipping, and Supply Chain processes, and effectively engage with both business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• 10+ years of Oracle WMS/EBS experience.
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM is a plus.
