Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate scalable cloud services and distributed systems.
• Own services across the complete lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and production support.
• Lead technical design discussions and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and Mobile.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in distributed environments.
• Leverage AI effectively across the SDLC to accelerate development, improve quality, and reduce operational effort.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Golang.
• Hands-on production experience with cloud-native platforms and Kubernetes.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and event-driven architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Strongly desirable: Proficiency in AI-Native Software Engineering, including effective use of AI tools and agents across requirements, design, coding, testing, debugging, code review, documentation, and operational workflows.
• Experience designing APIs for high-availability systems.
• Knowledge of Kafka, MQTT, or similar messaging technologies.
• Frontend development experience, such as React, TypeScript, or modern web application development, would be an added advantage.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
