Overview

We are looking for an experienced Azure AI Foundry + Power BI Engineer to support a healthcare-focused technology environment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, Azure AI Foundry, Power BI, and data/analytics solutions, along with an understanding of healthcare data and security requirements. The candidate will work closely with technical and business teams to build, integrate, and optimize AI-powered and business intelligence solutions on the Azure platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Build and integrate AI/ML solutions using Azure AI Foundry.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Work with Azure data services and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Develop scalable and secure cloud-based solutions aligned with healthcare requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Optimize Power BI reports and datasets for performance and usability.
• Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of Azure-based solutions.
• Follow best practices around security, data privacy, governance, and access control, particularly in a healthcare environment.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide recommendations around Azure and Power BI architecture.

Required Skills

• Azure / Cloud
  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
  • Experience with Azure architecture, deployment, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of Azure security, identity, networking, and governance.
  • Experience working with relevant Azure data and AI services.
• Azure AI Foundry
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry.
  • Experience building or integrating AI-powered applications/solutions using Azure.
  • Understanding of Azure AI services, AI models, agents, or related GenAI capabilities.
  • Azure AI Foundry certification is highly preferred / required.
• Power BI
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
  • Experience developing interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Strong understanding of Power BI data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization.
  • Experience integrating Power BI with Azure-based data sources.
  • Ability to optimize Power BI reports and datasets.
• Healthcare
  • Previous experience working on healthcare projects or healthcare data is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare data privacy, security, and compliance requirements is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Relevant Microsoft Azure certification, certification related to Azure AI / AI Foundry would be preferred choice.
• Candidates with active Microsoft Azure certifications will be given preference.

• Has practical experience with Azure AI Foundry + Power BI.
• Has relevant Azure certification(s).
• Has healthcare domain/project experience.
• Has strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Can independently work in a remote, client-facing environment.
• Is comfortable working during the required US-aligned shift.
