Work Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate with relevant ERP implementation, consulting, or system expertise.

Synopsis: Requires ERP consulting capabilities and is looking for an experienced, solution-oriented ERP SME with strong expertise in Odoo Cloud ERP. The role will involve business-process analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and client consulting.

Who you are: We are looking for a driven, analytical, and solution-oriented Odoo professional who can work closely with customers, internal teams, and technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be comfortable translating business requirements into practical Odoo solutions and taking ownership of functional/system consulting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into Odoo functional and system requirements.
• Act as the Odoo Subject Matter Expert for client and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and solution discussions.
• Analyse existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend Odoo-based improvements.
• Support Odoo implementation, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Configure modules, workflows, approvals, reports, and business processes based on approved requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documents, configuration documents, and user documentation.
• Coordinate with development, integration, QA, support, and implementation teams.
• Support integrations with third-party applications, APIs, payment systems, tax platforms, CRM, and other business systems.
• Perform functional testing and UAT support; analyse and troubleshoot system issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations and support pre-sales solution discussions.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer.
• Stay updated on Odoo releases, features, automation capabilities, and implementation best practices.

ERP-Specific Expertise

Strong expertise in Odoo Cloud ERP, preferably with Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, or Odoo Enterprise. Hands-on understanding of Accounting & Finance, Sales & CRM, Purchase & Procurement, Inventory & Warehouse, Manufacturing, Projects, Expenses, HR/Payroll, Reporting & Dashboards, workflows, automation, integrations, configuration/customization, data migration, and implementation.

Key Skills & Competencies

• 4–8 years of experience in Odoo consulting, implementation, functional support, business analysis, or ERP system consulting.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Odoo Cloud ERP.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, workflows, and system integrations.
• Excellent requirement-gathering and business-process analysis skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical Odoo solutions.
• Good understanding of Finance/Accounting, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, or related processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience with configuration, testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and implementation support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Odoo Online / Odoo.sh / Odoo Enterprise.
• Experience with Odoo integrations and REST APIs.
• Experience with data migration and third-party integrations.
• Experience in Finance, Taxation, Accounting, e-Invoicing, or compliance solutions.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or product demonstrations.
• Knowledge of automation and AI-enabled business processes.
• Relevant Odoo certification is an advantage.
• Experience with UAE, Oman, Malaysia, or other international markets is an advantage.
