Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant Developer – nCino to design, develop, and implement nCino Banking solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in nCino, Salesforce development, banking processes, and end-to-end implementation delivery. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, functional consultants, and project teams to deliver scalable and high-quality banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Configuration

• Design and develop solutions using the nCino Bank Operating System.
• Configure nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Portfolio Management, and Customer Onboarding.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Build integrations between nCino, Salesforce, and external banking systems.
• Develop reusable components and adhere to coding best practices.

Solution Design

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Recommend best practices for nCino and Salesforce implementations.
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements and system upgrades.

Implementation & Support

• Lead technical workstreams during nCino implementations.
• Support data migration activities and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with QA teams for testing and deployment activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and banking stakeholders.
• Conduct technical workshops and requirement clarification sessions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Salesforce Application Architect (preferred)

Preferred Experience

• End-to-end nCino implementation experience.
• Experience working with Banking and Financial Services clients.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Experience leading offshore/onshore development teams.
